Plaquette de tournage négative double-face, T - triangulaire avec un angle inclus de 60°, taille 16 avec un rayon de bec de 0,8 mm. La combinaison du brise-copeaux M est polyvalente et constitue le premier choix pour l'usinage moyen des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif et une terre négative/stable et modérée. Elle convient également pour les aciers et, sous conditions, pour les matériaux durs. Le substrat T9425 revêtu MT-CVD, à gradient fonctionnel, est principalement conçu pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux suivants : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC), K - Fonte (moulages en alliages de fer et de carbone avec > 2 % de carbone) et coupe continue.
