Plaquette de tournage négative double face, T - triangulaire angle inclus 60°, taille 16 avec rayon de bec 1,2 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux M est polyvalente et le premier choix pour l'usinage moyen des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif et un listel négatif/stable, modéré. Elle est également adaptée aux aciers, et sous certaines conditions aux matériaux durs. Revêtement MT-CVD, substrat à gradient fonctionnel T9425, conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Convient aux matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC), K - Fonte (moulages de fer et d'alliages de carbone avec > 2 % de teneur en carbone) et coupe légèrement interrompue.
