Plaquette négative double face, T - triangulaire angle de 60°, taille 22 avec un rayon de bec de 1,2 mm. La combinaison du brise-copeaux KR est robuste et constitue le premier choix pour l'ébauche des fontes. Il présente un angle de dégagement légèrement positif et une large facette. Il convient également aux aciers et, sous certaines conditions, aux matériaux durs. Substrat T5405 revêtu MT-CVD, à base de WC-Co. Convient aux matériaux : K - Fonte (pièces moulées en alliages de fer et de carbone avec une teneur en carbone > 2 %) et coupe légèrement interrompue.
