Plaquette de tournage négative double face, T - triangulaire avec un angle inclus de 60°, taille 22 avec rayon de bec de 1,2 mm. La combinaison du brise-copeaux M est polyvalente et constitue le premier choix pour l'usinage semi-lourd des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif et une terre de coupe négative/stable, modérée. Elle convient également aux aciers et, sous certaines conditions, aux matériaux durs. Et le substrat T9425 à gradient fonctionnel, revêtu MT-CVD, conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P, convient aux matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45 HRC), K - Fonte (moulages d'alliages de fer et de carbone avec > 2 % de carbone) et coupe légèrement interrompue.
