Plaquette négative double face, en T – angle inclus triangulaire de 60°, taille 22 avec un rayon de coin de 1,2 mm. La combinaison du brise-copeaux NMR est polyvalente et constitue le premier choix pour l'usinage moyen des aciers inoxydables. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif et une large facette T positive. Elle convient également aux aciers et superalliages. Le substrat T9425 revêtu MT-CVD, à gradient fonctionnel, est conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux : M - Acier inoxydable (aciers résistants à la corrosion avec ≥ 11% de chrome), P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10% et une dureté < 45HRC) et coupe légèrement interrompue.
