Plaquette de tournage négative simple face, T - triangulaire 60° d'angle d'inclusion, taille 16 avec rayon de pointe de 0,8 mm. Combinaison de brise-copeaux Le brise-copeaux NR2 est robuste et le premier choix pour l'ébauche lourde des aciers inoxydables. Il présente un angle de coupe positif et un double listel en T négatif/négatif extra-large. Il convient également aux aciers, et conditionnellement aux fontes et aux superalliages. et le substrat T9425 à gradient fonctionnel, revêtu MT-CVD, conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux : M - Acier inoxydable (aciers résistants à la corrosion avec ≥ 11 % de chrome), P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC) et Coupe légèrement interrompue.
