Insert de tournage positif simple face, V - losange 35° d'angle inclus, taille 16 avec rayon de coin 0,4 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux RM est robuste et le premier choix pour l'ébauche des aciers et des fontes. Il présente un angle de coupe positif et une large dépouille stable. Il convient également aux aciers inoxydables, et conditionnellement aux superalliages et aux matériaux durs. Substrat T9425 revêtu MT-CVD, à gradient fonctionnel, conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P.
