Plaquette de tournage positive simple face, en V - angle d'arête de 35°, taille 13 avec rayon de bec de 0,2 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux .CMW et de plaquette plate est conçue pour l'usinage moyen des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe neutre sans T-land. Elle est également adaptée sous certaines conditions aux matériaux durs. Et le substrat T5405 en WC-Co avec revêtement MT-CVD convient pour les matériaux : K - Fonte (moulages en alliages de fer et de carbone avec > 2 % de teneur en carbone) et pour la coupe continue.
