Plaquette de tournage positive simple face, V - losange à angle inclus de 35°, taille 16 avec rayon de coin de 0,4 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux FM est polyvalente et le premier choix pour la finition des aciers. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif et une terre T positive et étroite. Elle convient également aux aciers inoxydables, et conditionnellement aux fontes et aux alliages non ferreux. Le substrat T9425, doté d'un revêtement MT-CVD à gradient fonctionnel, est conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux : M - Acier inoxydable (aciers résistants à la corrosion avec une teneur en chrome ≥ 11 %), P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC) et coupe continue.
