Plaquette de tournage positive simple face, V - rhomboïde, angle d'inclusion de 35°, taille 11 avec rayon de coin de 0,4 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux .CMW et de plaquette plate est conçue pour l'usinage moyen des fontes. Elle présente un angle de dépouille neutre sans T-land. Elle est également adaptée de manière conditionnelle aux matériaux durs. Le substrat T5405 en WC-Co, revêtu MT-CVD, convient aux matériaux suivants : K - Fonte (moulages d'alliages de fer et de carbone avec une teneur en carbone > 2 %) et coupe continue.
