Plaquette de tournage positive simple face, V - losange angle inclus 35°, taille 16 avec rayon de pointe 0,8 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux .CMW et d'une plaquette plate est conçue pour l'usinage moyen de la fonte. Elle présente un angle de coupe neutre sans T-land. Elle est également conditionnellement adaptée aux matériaux durs. Et le substrat T5405 en WC-Co, revêtu MT-CVD. convient aux matériaux : K - Fonte (pièces moulées en alliages de fer et de carbone avec > 2 % de carbone) et coupe continue.
