Plaquette à tourner négative double face, angle de 35° en forme de V, taille 16 avec rayon de coin de 0,4 mm. La combinaison du brise-copeaux NF est affûtée et constitue le premier choix pour la finition fine des aciers, des aciers inoxydables. Elle présente un angle de coupe très positif et une bande de listel étroite et très positive. Elle convient également sous certaines conditions aux fontes, aux alliages non ferreux et aux superalliages. Le substrat T9425 revêtu de MT-CVD, à gradient fonctionnel, est conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux : M - Acier inoxydable (aciers résistants à la corrosion avec ≥ 11 % de chrome), P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC) et coupe continue.
