Plaquette double face négative, V – rhomboïdale angle inclus 35°, taille 16 avec rayon de bec 0,8 mm. La combinaison brise-copeaux FM est polyvalente et le premier choix pour la finition des aciers et des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe légèrement positif et une arête de coupe positive et étroite. Elle est également conditionnellement adaptée aux aciers inoxydables et aux superalliages. Le substrat T9425 à gradient fonctionnel, recouvert de MT-CVD, est principalement conçu pour les matériaux du groupe P. Convient aux matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC), K - Fonte (moulages d'alliages de fer et de carbone avec > 2 % de carbone) et coupe continue.
