Plaquette de tournage négative double face, en V – angle inclus de 35°, taille 16 avec rayon de bec de 1,2 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux, l’arête brise-copeaux FM est polyvalente et constitue le premier choix pour la finition des aciers et des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe légèrement positif et un listel positif et étroit. Elle convient également sous certaines conditions aux aciers inoxydables et aux superalliages. Le substrat T9425 à gradient fonctionnel, revêtu MT-CVD, est conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux suivants : P – Aciers et aciers moulés (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45 HRC), K – Fontes (pièces moulées en alliages de fer et de carbone avec > 2 % de carbone) et la coupe continue.
