Plaquette de tournage positive simple face, trigon W, taille 6 avec un rayon de bec de 0,8 mm. La combinaison du brise-copeaux UR est polyvalente et constitue le premier choix pour la finition des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif sans méplat de renfort. Elle convient également aux aciers, et conditionnellement aux aciers inoxydables. Le substrat T9425 à gradient fonctionnel, revêtu MT-CVD, est conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45 HRC), K - Fonte (moulages en alliages de fer et de carbone avec > 2 % de carbone) et coupe continue.
