Plaquette de tournage positive simple face, W - trigon, taille 8 avec rayon de coin de 0,4 mm. La combinaison du brise-copeaux FM polyvalent est le premier choix pour la finition des aciers. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif et une bande de listel positive et étroite. Elle convient également aux aciers inoxydables, et conditionnellement aux fontes et aux alliages non ferreux. Le substrat T9425 à gradient fonctionnel, recouvert de MT-CVD, est conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux : M - Acier inoxydable (aciers résistants à la corrosion avec une teneur en chrome ≥ 11 %), P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC) et la coupe continue.
