Plaquette négative double face, W - trigon, taille 8 avec rayon de bec de 1,2 mm. La combinaison brise-copeaux .NMA plate est conçue pour l'usinage moyen des fontes. Elle présente un angle de coupe neutre sans T-land. Elle convient également de manière conditionnelle aux matériaux durs. Le substrat T5405 en WC-Co, revêtu MT-CVD, convient aux matériaux : K - Fonte (moulages de fer et d'alliages de carbone avec > 2 % de teneur en carbone) et aux coupes légèrement interrompues.
