Plaquette négative double face, W - trigon, taille 8 avec rayon de pointe de 1,2 mm. La combinaison du brise-copeaux NM est tranchante et conçue pour l'usinage moyen des aciers, des aciers inoxydables et des super-alliages. Elle présente un angle de coupe très positif et une surface d'appui positive et modérée. Elle convient également, sous certaines conditions, aux alliages non ferreux. Et substrat T9425, doté d'un revêtement MT-CVD et d'une structure à gradient fonctionnel, conçu principalement pour les matériaux du groupe P. Convient aux matériaux : M - Acier inoxydable (aciers résistants à la corrosion avec une teneur en chrome ≥ 11%), P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10% et une dureté < 45HRC) et coupe légèrement interrompue.
