Plaquette négative double face, trigone en W, taille 13 avec rayon de bec de 1,6 mm. La combinaison de brise-copeaux est robuste et constitue le premier choix pour l'ébauche lourde des aciers. Elle présente un angle de coupe positif et une dépouille en T double, extra-large, négative/stable. Elle convient également aux fontes et, sous certaines conditions, aux aciers inoxydables et aux superalliages. Le substrat T9425 revêtu de MT-CVD, à gradient fonctionnel, est principalement conçu pour les matériaux du groupe P. Il convient aux matériaux suivants : P - Acier et acier moulé (aciers avec une teneur en alliage ≤ 10 % et une dureté < 45HRC), K - Fonte (moulages de fer et d'alliages de carbone avec > 2 % de teneur en carbone) et coupe interrompue.
