Double-sided Negative turning insert, C - rhombic 80° included angle, size 0 with corner radius 2.4 mm. Combination of chipbreaker RM chip breaker is robust and the first choice for roughing of Steels. It features positive rake angle and stable, wide T-land. It's also suitable for Stainless steels, Cast irons, and conditionally for Super-alloys. and MT-CVD-coated, functionally graded substrate T9425, designed primarily for P-group materials. is suitable for materials: P - Steel and cast steel (steels with alloy content ≤ 10% and a hardness of < 45HRC), M - Stainless steel (corrosion resistant steels with ≥ 11% chromium content), K - Cast Iron (castings of iron and carbon alloys with > 2% carbon content) and Slightly interrupted cut.
