Refund policy

At Motool Machining Supply, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're committed to making the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns are easily managed through our returns portal. To start a return, please click here or you can find the return link at the bottom of the page under "Start a Return".

Products must be returned in original packaging, unused, undamaged and in saleable condition within 30 days after the date of shipment. In some instances, there may be a 15% restocking fee, unless otherwise indicated. If a new order of equal or greater value is placed before or at the time of the return request, Motool may elect to waive restocking fees at our discretion. Proof of purchase is required in all cases, and the Buyer is responsible for return freight and new freight charges on any replacement order. On-sale and special buy items cannot be returned. Returns are subject to be returned to Buyer with all freight charges the responsibility of the Buyer.

Once we receive your return, please allow 14-Days for us to inspect and process your return. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the account you provided when you placed your order.  For terms accounts, we will apply a credit to your account.

Be sure to carefully inspect all Heavy Item (freight) deliveries for damage before signing the bill of lading as freightliner handling charges cannot be refunded. If items arrive damaged or defective, you must note this on the shipping receipt and refuse delivery to avoid paying actual freight charges. Please notify us of any delivery problems as soon as possible to expedite the refund process.

Returns due to Motool Machining Supply’s Error: A return request due to Motool Machining Supply error must be made within 7 days from date of shipment. No restocking charge applies and Motool will pay for return shipping.
