Double-sided Negative turning insert, D - rhombic 55° included angle, size 15 with corner radius 1.2 mm. Combination of chipbreaker KR chip breaker is robust and the first choice for roughing of Cast irons. It features slightly positive rake angle and , wide T-land. It's also suitable for Steels, and conditionally for Hard materials. and MT-CVD-coated, WC-Co based substrate T5405. is suitable for materials: K - Cast Iron (castings of iron and carbon alloys with > 2% carbon content) and Slightly interrupted cut.
