Double-sided Negative turning insert, D - rhombic 55° included angle, size 15 with corner radius 1.2 mm. Combination of chipbreaker ML chip breaker is versatile and designed for low depth of cut and medium machining of Steels. It features positive rake angle and stable, narrow T-land. It's also suitable for Cast irons. and MT-CVD-coated, functionally graded substrate T9425, designed primarily for P-group materials. is suitable for materials: P - Steel and cast steel (steels with alloy content ≤ 10% and a hardness of < 45HRC), K - Cast Iron (castings of iron and carbon alloys with > 2% carbon content) and Slightly interrupted cut.
