Single-sided Positive turning insert, C - rhombic 80° included angle, size 9 with corner radius 0.2 mm. Combination of chipbreaker FM chip breaker is versatile and the first choice for finishing of Steels. It features positive rake angle and positive, narrow T-land. It's also suitable for Stainless steels, and conditionally for Cast irons and Non-ferrous alloys. and MT-CVD-coated, functionally graded substrate T9425, designed primarily for P-group materials. is suitable for materials: M - Stainless steel (corrosion resistant steels with ≥ 11% chromium content), P - Steel and cast steel (steels with alloy content ≤ 10% and a hardness of < 45HRC) and Continuous cut.
