Single-sided Positive turning insert, C - rhombic 80° included angle, size 12 with corner radius 0.4 mm. Combination of chipbreaker FM chip breaker is versatile and the first choice for finishing of Steels. It features positive rake angle and positive, narrow T-land. It's also suitable for Stainless steels, and conditionally for Cast irons and Non-ferrous alloys. and MT-CVD-coated, functionally graded substrate T9425, designed primarily for P-group materials. is suitable for materials: M - Stainless steel (corrosion resistant steels with ≥ 11% chromium content), P - Steel and cast steel (steels with alloy content ≤ 10% and a hardness of < 45HRC) and Continuous cut.
