Double-sided Negative turning insert, C - rhombic 80° included angle, size 4 with corner radius 0.031 inch. Combination of chipbreaker FM chip breaker is versatile and the first choice for finishing of Steels and Cast irons. It features slightly positive rake angle and positive, narrow T-land. It's also conditionally suitable for Stainless steels and Super-alloys. and MT-CVD-coated, functionally graded substrate T9425, designed primarily for P-group materials. is suitable for materials: P - Steel and cast steel (steels with alloy content ≤ 10% and a hardness of < 45HRC), K - Cast Iron (castings of iron and carbon alloys with > 2% carbon content) and Continuous cut.
