Single-sided Negative turning insert, C - rhombic 80° included angle, size 19 with corner radius 1.6 mm. Combination of chipbreaker HR chip breaker is robust and designed for heavy roughing of Steels and Cast irons. It features slightly positive rake angle and negative/negative, extra-wide double T-land. It's also conditionally suitable for Stainless steels. and MT-CVD-coated, functionally graded substrate T9425, designed primarily for P-group materials. is suitable for materials: P - Steel and cast steel (steels with alloy content ≤ 10% and a hardness of < 45HRC), K - Cast Iron (castings of iron and carbon alloys with > 2% carbon content) and Slightly interrupted cut.
