Double-sided Negative turning insert, D - rhombic 55° included angle, size 15 with corner radius 1.2 mm. Combination of chipbreaker RM chip breaker is robust and the first choice for roughing of Steels. It features positive rake angle and stable, wide T-land. It's also suitable for Stainless steels, Cast irons, and conditionally for Super-alloys. and MT-CVD-coated, functionally graded substrate T9425, designed primarily for P-group materials. is suitable for materials: P - Steel and cast steel (steels with alloy content ≤ 10% and a hardness of < 45HRC), M - Stainless steel (corrosion resistant steels with ≥ 11% chromium content), K - Cast Iron (castings of iron and carbon alloys with > 2% carbon content) and Slightly interrupted cut.
