Double-sided Negative turning insert, D - rhombic 55° included angle, size 15 with corner radius 0.8 mm. Combination of chipbreaker NF chip breaker is sharp and the first choice for fine-finishing of Steels, Stainless steels. It features highly positive rake angle and highly positive, narrow T-land. It's also conditionally suitable for Cast irons and Non-ferrous alloys and Super-alloys. and MT-CVD-coated, functionally graded substrate T9425, designed primarily for P-group materials. is suitable for materials: M - Stainless steel (corrosion resistant steels with ≥ 11% chromium content), P - Steel and cast steel (steels with alloy content ≤ 10% and a hardness of < 45HRC) and Continuous cut.
