Single-sided Positive turning insert, S - square, size 38 with corner radius 3.2 mm. Combination of chipbreaker OR chip breaker is robust and the first choice for heavy roughing of Stainless steels. It features positive rake angle and negative/stable, extra-wide double T-land. It's also suitable for Steels, Cast irons, and conditionally for Super-alloys. and MT-CVD-coated, functionally graded substrate T9425, designed primarily for P-group materials. is suitable for materials: P - Steel and cast steel (steels with alloy content ≤ 10% and a hardness of < 45HRC), M - Stainless steel (corrosion resistant steels with ≥ 11% chromium content), K - Cast Iron (castings of iron and carbon alloys with > 2% carbon content) and Interrupted cut.
