Single-sided Positive turning insert, S - square, size 12 with corner radius 0.8 mm. Combination of chipbreaker RM chip breaker is robust and the first choice for roughing of Steels and Cast irons. It features positive rake angle and stable, wide T-land. It's also suitable for Stainless steels, and conditionally for Super-alloys and Hard materials. and MT-CVD-coated, functionally graded substrate T9425, designed primarily for P-group materials. is suitable for materials: P - Steel and cast steel (steels with alloy content ≤ 10% and a hardness of < 45HRC), M - Stainless steel (corrosion resistant steels with ≥ 11% chromium content), K - Cast Iron (castings of iron and carbon alloys with > 2% carbon content) and Slightly interrupted cut.
