Single-sided Negative turning insert, S - square, size 12 with corner radius 0.8 mm. Combination of chipbreaker OR chip breaker is robust and the first choice for heavy roughing of Steels. It features positive rake angle and negative/stable, extra-wide double T-land. It's also suitable for Cast irons, and conditionally for Stainless steels and Super-alloys. and MT-CVD-coated, functionally graded substrate T9425, designed primarily for P-group materials. is suitable for materials: P - Steel and cast steel (steels with alloy content ≤ 10% and a hardness of < 45HRC), K - Cast Iron (castings of iron and carbon alloys with > 2% carbon content) and Slightly interrupted cut.
