Double-sided Negative turning insert, S - square, size 25 with corner radius 2.4 mm. Combination of chipbreaker NR2 chip breaker is robust and the first choice for heavy roughing of Stainless steels. It features positive rake angle and negative/negative, extra-wide double T-land. It's also suitable for Steels, and conditionally for Cast irons and Super-alloys. and MT-CVD-coated, functionally graded substrate T9425, designed primarily for P-group materials. is suitable for materials: M - Stainless steel (corrosion resistant steels with ≥ 11% chromium content), P - Steel and cast steel (steels with alloy content ≤ 10% and a hardness of < 45HRC) and Interrupted cut.
